Signing a Contract

A valuation will be conducted but not in a typical way. Once you've engaged our services, we'll schedule a visit to familiarise ourselves with your property personally. This way, we'll be well-prepared to address any inquiries that potential buyers may have.

4: Viewing Strategy

Scheduled viewings will be tailored to your convenience but with a twist to get as many buyers in, at the same time. We will run through this strategy with you at the valuation. Post-viewings, we'll compile valuable feedback, ensuring you stay well-informed throughout the process.

We'll capture professional photographs and craft a tailored video tour showcasing your home. Upon receiving an offer/s, we promptly assess and consult with you on your preferred response. we'll negotiate skillfully to secure the best price from the strongest buyer. Your preferences guide the entire process.

Moving In

6: Agree a Sale & SOLD

After agreeing on a sale, we'll provide continuous updates until completion. We handle communication with the buyer, legal representatives, surveyors, and mortgage lenders, ensuring a hassle-free process for you. Once draft contracts are approved and financing is secured, signing and exchanging contracts finalise the sale.
